To utilize its services, stores must first register on the platform and select their preferred plan. Once an order is created, the portal facilitates the approval process with customers. Upon completion of the design, customers receive notifications via Email or SMS prompting them to review and approve the design. Additionally, customers have the option to provide feedback, such as requesting modifications or cancelling the order. Once approval is obtained, the order seamlessly transitions to the fulfillment stage, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow for both the store and its customers.
